Newly Diagnosed T2D?

Current T2D treatment protocols DO NOT target for normal blood glucose/insulin levels. They settled for an elevated glucose range, because normal blood glucose was found to be difficult and even dangerous to achieve thru medication or conventional intensive lifestyle intervention programs.

But it is definitely a possibility and more attainable then commonly believed when you start reducing the carbs…

As a T2D, you may be able to normalize your insulin/glucose levels thru carbs reduction, delicious low carb high fats ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting, would you consider it?

Or would you prefer to start with a lifetime of medication?
